Tonight it will be announced that I am part of the Most Improbable Concert Ever. This of course, is relating purely to MUSHing and that our staffer characters have band names and I will be co-Head Wiz. I'm probably crazy for taking this on but you know what? I wanted this game to live and I meant it. So.... Yeah. Wheee.
(Yes, you can try to guess what band I am. No points for those of you who already know. The other band invovled is Wham. Seriously the Most Improbable Concert Ever.)

It's Friday. Thank You.

I get to go get my comics, too! Wheee! The newest issue of Batgirl rules. I was starting to feel a lack of faith in the direction of the comic but I think this issue brought me back into the fold comfortably. It was awesome. I also noticed that she was voted Best Heroine by Wizard. Sweet.

I'll see how my X-men comics are this week but I'm thinking I'm giving them the boot, as much as that makes me sad.

I crave DDR.

I got my Alex Ross book yesterday. All I can say is, "Wow." I have a new favorite Joker picture. And I like his pencil sketches about seventy times more than I like his paintings. His paintings are great. I grant that. But there is a serenity, a calm to his pencil drawings of Wonder Woman that is just missing in the paintings. In his paintings she always looks upset, or angry or like she's having a bad day.

I have no idea where I want him to sign it when I go and see him in November. I should see if Holly wants to go to that. I'll bring my book to game this weekend for her to look at.
Man Thing has a movie poster. That should be interesting. August 27, 2004.

Jennifer Garner as She-Ra? What? Live Action? While I would love for them to re-vamp She-Ra the way the did He-Man in a new cartoon... A live action She-Ra movie?

Antonio Banderas is voicing Puss in Boots for Shrek 2. That looks like it'll be pretty funny.

CBBC Newsround is reporting that Matthew Lewis will return as Neville Longbottom in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. Daniel Radcliffe is already confirmed to reprise his role for a fourth time, and Rupert Grint and Emma Watson are expected to come back as well.

Matrix Revolutions tickets are on sale at Fandango. That's like in two weeks. I should get some of those. Mmmmm. I'm still not sure people are going to like what happens in this one.

Sigourney Weaver, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Freddie Prinze Jr. and George Carlin will voice a 3-D computer-generated film called Happily N'Ever After. It's a Fairy Tale land gone a bit wacky.

A very nice picture from the new Alexander the Great movie.

I have a headache. This happens to me often at work now.

It is just after 1:30.

4:30 cannot come fast enough.

I want to go get my comics and go home. I want to sleep for hours and watch the X-men Evolution finale in the morning.

I want to figure out how I can be a better manager. While being a manager is like being a teacher there are enough differences that I'm not sure how to deal with some things. I am so glad that I get an hour back on Sunday and then next Friday off.

It is nice to know that when I throw an e-mail out into the ether something comes back from time to time.

I don't know where it comes from but I have a ... /thing/ for historical women named Joan. It shows in my wishlist.

I just added more to it. Mmmmmmm.

I need more famous historical women named Joan. Give me more.
