Man Thing has a movie poster. That should be interesting. August 27, 2004.

Jennifer Garner as She-Ra? What? Live Action? While I would love for them to re-vamp She-Ra the way the did He-Man in a new cartoon... A live action She-Ra movie?

Antonio Banderas is voicing Puss in Boots for Shrek 2. That looks like it'll be pretty funny.

CBBC Newsround is reporting that Matthew Lewis will return as Neville Longbottom in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. Daniel Radcliffe is already confirmed to reprise his role for a fourth time, and Rupert Grint and Emma Watson are expected to come back as well.

Matrix Revolutions tickets are on sale at Fandango. That's like in two weeks. I should get some of those. Mmmmm. I'm still not sure people are going to like what happens in this one.

Sigourney Weaver, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Freddie Prinze Jr. and George Carlin will voice a 3-D computer-generated film called Happily N'Ever After. It's a Fairy Tale land gone a bit wacky.

A very nice picture from the new Alexander the Great movie.

You're the second person on my friends list today making veiled hints about how fans aren't going to like the next Matrix. I ALREADY think I won't like it, because I hated the last one (liked the 1st one, though). But I'm curious if the two of you are just reading online spoilers, or if you've seen advance copies somehow.

I know what happens. There are certain things Americans tend to expect out of stories, be they cinema or literature or whatever. A certain set of conventions are expected to be there. I, personally, have few problems with most of these not being present in my stories. (I am a big fan of Japanese storytelling conventions, for instance.) I just want my story to come to a satisfying conclusion. Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon is an excellent example of what I'm talking about.

Does that make sense or am I just babbling?

Donuts...

I still want to see it to find out how they choose to unravel the skein. it's like eating donuts. you know that they are bad for yo, but you still need to polish at least half a dozen Krispy Kremes. MMMM. Krispy Kremes!
