My life as a yo-yo
Jan. 11th, 2005 07:45 amI don't know why but I'll be fine all day and I'll be fine once I get home but like... 30 minute to an hour after I get home my mood crashes. I really don't know why. It isn't just like... a dip in my mood, it's a full on nose dive into the ground and I'm really not sure why it is happening. Maybe it's a destress. Once I let myself fall into the mood I seem to come out the other side rather quickly but it's hard letting ymself fall into that mood at all.
I'd really rather skip it entirely.
Still, for the most part, things are good. I'm starting to get used to this paid monthly thing, though it is a bit rough. I need to remember that there isn't more of it coming half way through the month.
I need a new calendar.

Date: 2005-01-11 03:57 pm (UTC)That, or maybe for some reason you aren't happy with your living arrangements (or the fact that they will soon end)?
Maybe it's the commute? That always drained me before I was bikin'.
*shrug*

Date: 2005-01-11 04:28 pm (UTC)It's okay, sweets. It is something I can work on. I've programmed myself into lots of other things. I think I can work on this one too. Maybe I just need to take a little more time in getting home. Go do something else first.

Date: 2005-01-11 06:15 pm (UTC)Have you been eating regularly? You may need a pick-me-up snack of some kind right when you get home, an orange or something, so that your blood sugar doesn't crash.
