I don't know why but I'll be fine all day and I'll be fine once I get home but like... 30 minute to an hour after I get home my mood crashes. I really don't know why. It isn't just like... a dip in my mood, it's a full on nose dive into the ground and I'm really not sure why it is happening. Maybe it's a destress. Once I let myself fall into the mood I seem to come out the other side rather quickly but it's hard letting ymself fall into that mood at all.

I'd really rather skip it entirely.

Still, for the most part, things are good. I'm starting to get used to this paid monthly thing, though it is a bit rough. I need to remember that there isn't more of it coming half way through the month.

I need a new calendar.

SOunds like a bit of decompression after work.
That, or maybe for some reason you aren't happy with your living arrangements (or the fact that they will soon end)?

Maybe it's the commute? That always drained me before I was bikin'.

*shrug*

*hug*

I think it decompression. I'm pretty sure anyway. I know there are a few other things in there but for the most part, I think it is letting go of things. I just wish I could find a way where the ride wasn't quite so bumpy.

Lots of turbulence.

Do it on the ride home?

That way at least, you're coming out the other side when you walk in the door...

Well, if I could control it, that would be keen, you know.

*ruffles*

It's okay, sweets. It is something I can work on. I've programmed myself into lots of other things. I think I can work on this one too. Maybe I just need to take a little more time in getting home. Go do something else first.

maybe take a moment or two up in your room? it's quiet, no TV going, no one talking, just you and your space.

Maybe... it isn't a bad idea at all.

I think I need ... I don't know. To ... do something. Something to switch gears a bit more mentally.

You need a cat. They're so happy to see people come home...

You could probabally have Tiger, at the way he's being a-big-fat-pain-in-the-ass-at-odd-hours-of-the-morning lately

;-)

but then we'd have to get rid of Sean. And move. So the cons definitely outweigh the pros.

Well, that and it is against the current lease.

I've been debating it internally with the move in the offing...

Either that, or put Sean in a moon suit....

hehehe.

Maybe. I've been thinking about that recently but well... we'll see what happens when I move.

*nods* It might be a good call, esp if you're living on your own.

Have you been eating regularly? You may need a pick-me-up snack of some kind right when you get home, an orange or something, so that your blood sugar doesn't crash.

I second this. I used to be a raving bitch from hell when I got home due to low blood sugar. I've started packing a snack (like an apple and peanut butter or cheese and crackers) that I eat between 4 and 5 (I generally go home 6 - 7), and I'm much happier when I get home and I don't have to run into the house and find something to eat before I kill someone. :)

Speaking of which...lunch time. :)

Yesterday was an exception. Normally, I eat fairly regularly but I did crash harder than normal yesterday and my food was all messed up yesterday. I might just need something else, you're right.

It's sort of silly, how easy it is to overlook eating regularly, much less eating *right*. *hugs* Hope it's something as simple as needing food!
