Maaaan. Tiiinaaaaa....
Jun. 19th, 2003 08:01 amSo, of course I read Tina's post and go look at my favorite motorcyle website.
"All new Ducati's now come with Free Scheduled maintenance for 12 months or 6,000 miles whichever comes first. Add up all the Ducati advantages like 2 year warranty, 2 year roadside assistance and free enrollment in the Desmo Owners Group and you'll see why it's called the "Ducati Advantage.""
Ducati Seattle is pleased to announce you can now apply for financing online.
Trinity was on a 996, which is an older bike. They're currently on 999s. Though aesthetically I like the look of the 900 Sport more.
*wistful sigh*

It's Tina's fault....
Date: 2003-06-19 08:44 am (UTC)It looks *SO* pimp!
Disadvantage - it's a single rider bike - no passenger.
But it's so cool!
ACK!

How else am I going to scam rides from people if they don't have passenger seats on their bikes?

Date: 2003-06-19 11:54 am (UTC)There's actually an ongoing debate about whether people's posts are fodder for mockery. I'm firmly on the side of a single typo, misspelled word or superfluous apostrophe not being worthy of mockery. When it's published, the standard is much higher, so while you making the mistake would not be worthy (I mean, come on, as Rob Corddry would say), Ducati's mistake is almost as good as the sign on Riverside Drive that says "Currently excepting applications."
