Good morning so far! It's Wednesday which is really Friday. I saw Jenga this morning for a few brief moments. I have caramel apple cider and a fresh ham and cheese croissant.

The world is pretty good. *good thoughts to Kris who flies to the land of ice and snow today*

Lots of things I need to think about.
*grins a little*

All sorts of arguements about how long things are going to be in The Two Towers. Everyone is coming up with different theories. We'll see in a week or two when the reviewers get to see it and they start putting out actual solid stuff. And stupid AOL people get more clips today.

Buffy last night... OUCH! Oh my, oh my.

The Iron Man movie is dead at the moment because Joss Whedon dumped it. This makes me sad.

Must watch X-men Evolution this weekend.
*laughs*

I love this.

Especially this:
"I am thankful for...

... watching my 18-month-old son run around the house all day long waving his mini-sticks in the air and yelling "HOCKEYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!" He's even started saying Zamboni -- which comes out like "Bambooonininin" -- and "WAAAHHHH!" when Patrick Roy makes a big save, but we'll have to work on the little guy for a bit before he can say Czerkawski, Khabibulin, Konowalchuk, Radivojevic or Tjarnqvist.

... Canadians who don't think American hockey fans are idiots. Just because we grew up on the wrong side of the border doesn't mean we don't know the game. And besides, NAFTA regulates the free trade of hockey knowledge south across the 49th parallel.
Maaaaaan. Kris isn't around so I have no one to share my elfy-boy moment with.

*mutters and kicks things*

*goes back to looking at pictures*
Ha ha ha ha ha ha....

Go here and click the listen link underneath Frodo on the right hand side.

"Michael Rosenbaum discusses the similarities between Smallville and Middle-earth."

I about fell over listening to that.
Wow.

Got to www.sonymusic.com right now.

*giggle*
Heh. Yeah. I think so. Yep.

"We believe 'Birds of Prey' proved there's a fantasy audience there and a male audience there," WB Entertainment president Jordan Levin says.

The problem, Levin says, was that they failed to find a "strong writing showrunner" who worked well with creator Laeta Kalogridis, a feature-film writer ("Tomb Raider" ) making her first foray into television.

"We think we can attribute the erosion of 'Birds of Prey,' quite frankly, to a failure of execution," he says. "We think we had a very strong concept and just failed to execute it, and audiences abandoned the show as a result."
You know.. For all that the completely screwedup Shiva, I actually really liked this episode for two reasons:

1) All of the stuff with the Batgirl costume in the case. That was awesome. I have no issues with the woman playing Oracle. It was all great.

2) The way that they handled the resolution of the boyfriend thing.

*sighs* I wish they had actually put the effort into this show. It could ahve been good.
