Well, it was really good to have four days off, even though in the end, I really only took one of them off in a slacking around doing not much of anything sort of way. I went to the gym this morning and I feel pretty good about that. No serious difficulty with getting going and doing 25 minutes of elliptical.

Got my Eddie Izzard DVD over the weekend. Funny, funny.

I'm starting to get into the Christmas mind frame. I'm not sure what it is, but something in my head clicked over and now I am all about presents. So, I'll be buying things and planning and plotting and such from here on out. Of course, since I'll be in the land of Ice and Snow for Christmas, you can expect to get them somewhat late.

Need to talk to Cody. I came up with an idea or two.

The new Bond movie: I actually liked it. I'm not sure what it was about it that I liked, but I think it was the idea of him being left out in the cold, not retrieved, not being the golden boy. By the end of the film I was a little annoyed with the 'James Bond is walking sex' thing, but.. I enjoyed it. Worth full admission, except for one horribly CGed scene. Not sure if Jinx can carry her own film series, but it would be an interesting attempt. Many pretty cars. Many pretty things. I want the Jag. Can I have the Jag? So, all in all it was a Bond film. That should tell you most of what you need to know going into it.

Word on Farscape is that the executive producer has found a way to wrap up the season without finishing things entirely. There is some sort of project in the works for a movie or a four part something or other to wrap up the plot at a later point. (This from Claudi Black at the Farscape convention over the weekend.)

Reading more things about X2. There will be many little cameos of mutants some popular and some not so well known.

I keep character sheets. I have most of my character sheets going back to high school. That isn't as many characters as one might think, but it is certainly enough. I was going through them this morning and I started to figure out what it was that I was missing - or who rather.

Interestingly enough, I am missing Lithera's most recent incarnation. Not that I don't have others around, but I was hoping to be able to look at it out of curiosity. I found all sorts of sheets that I have no idea why I have them, but I do. They'll stay in their folders for now. Maybe I'll make a special folder for them at some point. A sort of collection or museum or something.

I can almost feel it being an art project. Hrm....

Anyway, I'm going to make some characters this evening. It should be interesting. I'll actually get to use the Epic Twinky book. I should make a family tree or something. That would be fun.

*laughs* I know. I know. I'm a hopeless geek.
