Mmmmm... I hurt last night but I did the crunches and leg lifts and all of that anyway. I discover that I'm less sore now that I have done so. I'm trying to think of what I should add to my little routine. I need to get some little weights or something for arm curls.

I woke up thos morning, streched and then had to try not to howl in pain as I got charlie horses in both of my legs. Damn it. That really hurts.

I have no debit card. It's pretty lame. I'll have to go withdraw money from the bank today.

*stretches* Shoulders are stiff.

And someone complained about me on Masterninja. He he he he....

You need to stretch after you work out (or before...so as not to lose the muscle mass you just gained) or the charlie horses will be a daily occurance.

I do. That's the thing. I get them when I start working out after I haven't for awhile.

You also might want to increase your potasium (major sp). I have that problem a lot.

Your musles use the potasium to stop the lactic acid burn (cramping or charlie horse). Banana's are an excellent source of potasium...and I didn't get a nickle to say that like a commercial.

In all seriousness, it does help. I don't get enought and I find that my muscles get tight and I get those random cramps. So eat a good number of bananas.

That really is interesting. I'll have to keep that in mind because my calf muscles, when in shape, are like rocks. I cramp there easily. Even when they aren't in shape, they're still pretty hard.
