May. 10th, 2002 09:05 amMmmmm... I hurt last night but I did the crunches and leg lifts and all of that anyway. I discover that I'm less sore now that I have done so. I'm trying to think of what I should add to my little routine. I need to get some little weights or something for arm curls.
I woke up thos morning, streched and then had to try not to howl in pain as I got charlie horses in both of my legs. Damn it. That really hurts.
I have no debit card. It's pretty lame. I'll have to go withdraw money from the bank today.
