Random comics...

litheraSo. Not too long ago, I saw a 'deal' on 50 random DC comics for $10. So, I said what the hell and I ordered 100 comics. Because, what the hell, for $20 + shipping and taxes I can still likely resell them for more than that if I really don't like what I get.
They came today. And there is some good and some bad but mostly, the random chance seemed to be in my favor. The earliest comic I think I have in a quick scan is 1983... I think the latest is like... 1995? Unfortunately, the mid 90s comics seem to all be Superman. I don't think I have any of these comics (though I'm pretty sure I've sold a few of them previously).
Most of them are right before I seriously started collecting comics. And the box smells of comic books paper. The old stuff. The smell is on my hands now and it makes me smile.
