But so far he makes sense. No further comments yet as the whole thing is like an hour and a half. Posted here so I can find it again quickly and you can view as well.

I watched the whole thing, so it was interesting that not every gram of 'carbohydrate' is processed the same way. I'm not a daily drinker of soda, but it really makes me reconsider drinking it EVER. I'd rather have just the rum thanks. :/

No kidding, hey? There are all sorts of different carbs and we process them differently and some cling differently than others.

If half of our fructose is precessed as fat but your body doesn't know it and makes us want to eat more, it's a huge issue considering the asserted health consequences. That eating those *sugars* can result not only in fat but dense cholesterol? Fat babies? And nobody can do anything about it but the consumer. The consumer against the biochemistry to stop eating what your body desperately wants? UGH.

I'm just spluttering at this point.

I watched the whole thing but kind of spaced on the biochemistry part, I admit. I get the general idea, fructose is bad....but isn't even sugar like 50/50 fructose/glucose? I'm not sure how to apply any of this newfound "knowledge". I think it confused me even more.
