Mmmmmmmmm.
Sep. 29th, 2009 10:12 pmThere is a place on Stone and Northgate that I like very, very, very much. (http://www.29onstone.com/) I'm having the realtor poking into the situation and seeing where things reside on this and how it looks to the bank and so on and so forth. I'm hoping that I can roll the closing costs into the mortgage or find someone who likes me very much to loan me the extra bit I'd likely be short. Stupid closing costs.
And.... now... for other things!
Studio Ghibli is the creation of two people - Hayao Miyazaki and Isao Takahata. Miyazaki is in discussions to create two more films over the next three years. His partner, though, will be making The Tale of the Bamboo Cutter. This story is /also/ called The Tale of Princess Kaguya, which has been the source of inspiration for Sailor Moon.
Miley Cyrus will reportedly have a cameo in Sex and the City 2. I wasn't going to see it before and that changes pretty much nothing for me.
The rights to the Terminator franchise are for sale. If you have a few MILLION dollars laying around (like $32 million) they can be yours!
Primeval has been pulled back from the dead for two more seasons. This bodes well for the BBC continuing to be producing TV.
Stephen King has signed on to turn his novella "The Colorado Kid" into an series. It will be titled "Haven" and, unsurprisingly, the project centers on a spooky town in Maine.
Ed Norton says that The Hulk being in The Avengers movie is 'purely a function of time'.
