It is RIGHT next to I-5, so road noise may be a concern. One of the many, many things to keep in mind when you do a walk-through. Might also be some air-quality issues.
That's kinda far north for the price... In this climate anyway. I feel like you could get into Ballard in that price range, possibly a small house instead of a townhome (if that appeals).
Oh, I likely could get into Ballard at that price but in tiny two bedroom houses. I've been looking most of the weekend. It isn't /that/ far north. It's just north of Northgate. I've lived further out than this, easily.
Slow downs start north of there and south of there, depending on which way you're going. Yeah. I still need to get approved and all of that but... We'll see.
