Looks promising. Not a recent flip, and the price is much lower than zillow's estimate.

It is RIGHT next to I-5, so road noise may be a concern. One of the many, many things to keep in mind when you do a walk-through. Might also be some air-quality issues.

That's kinda far north for the price... In this climate anyway. I feel like you could get into Ballard in that price range, possibly a small house instead of a townhome (if that appeals).

Oh, I likely could get into Ballard at that price but in tiny two bedroom houses. I've been looking most of the weekend. It isn't /that/ far north. It's just north of Northgate. I've lived further out than this, easily.

There is an Albertson's and a QFC not too far and there is a huge park and ride just south of the Mall. I'd come into work through the tunnel.

I-5 is a concern but I want to go and be there and see how loud it is.

Make sure you visit at a higher traffic time....

Also, look at that stretch of I-5 and see if it's where slowdowns start - downshifitng big rigs are LOUD.

Slow downs start north of there and south of there, depending on which way you're going. Yeah. I still need to get approved and all of that but... We'll see.
