Dana Reeve, widow of Christopher Reeve, has died at age 44 of lung cancer.

I have to admit that I feel for their son.

On an entirely unrelated note, I need a nap. And to find my ankle brace.

Wow.. I was friends with them both in the summer of 87 when they met and everything that has happened to them has been a shock. I hadn't talked to them in years, but they were good people and I'm pretty sure Dana wasn't a smoker (given her singing voice and all), so I was shocked too.
