I hear him moving around a little different than normal.

I look over there and there is a flash in the tank. And a puff of smoke comes out of the water.

And he breaks another heater.

I didn't get in the way at all. I just took the heater out so it didn't electrify anything. Oh. And the broken glass.

Not sure if you are aware, but there are titanium heaters with a corded thermostat remote.

I know that my friend sells them at her pet store but I don't remember the brand. They are a little more expensive, but not as much as constantly replacing broken glass heaters.

If you want to call my friend it's CJ at The Critter Jamboree (360)876-1233. She could tell you the brand. Her store is in Port Orchard and a little far to drive for one heater.
