I feel accomplished.
Next time there will be a bit less liquid added and maybe some more broccoli. The bacon was not as present as I would have liked and I'm not sure what to do about that. And maybe a bit more pepper.
I win at cooking.
You know. Once I actually start. And my new knives are oh so sharp.
