I'm really tired. I seem to be tired pretty much at any point I get up for work. I'm starting to think that it might well just be work instead of anything else. I got less sleep yesterday than I did today... And I wasn't tired yesterday... And... Still stupid tired. I don't get it.

I need a vacation.

Luckily for me, I'm finding that the vacation I have planned will be cheaper than I thought it would be. This falls under the category of awesome.

Holly and I went exploring bits of Queen Anne last night. Got some tea. Mmmmm. Tea. Found a really cool pasta place. And then I gave her lots of Catwoman comics to read. Also to make me icons but... Mainly to read. When in Rome is a great read.

Ummmmm. Stuff. Machines are broken so I have more time than I thought I would today.

Wheeee.

sorry about not calling about Queen Anne stuff. i got lazy yesterday, and didn't even shower until 3. Then we watched "Harold and Kumar go to White Castle", which is funnier than it has a right to be :)

Have you thought about possibly getting some meds or something to help you sleep better?

Well, I'm thinking at the moment it is more me being at work than a sleep problem. I slept 5 hours yesterday and woke up fine. I slept 7 last night and I'm tired. It just seems to be a work thing. Or maybe a not being up and around and moving thing.

I know you hate to hear this, but have you considered that there might be a medical reason for the tired? I've recently had my thyroid tested and also iron levels. Turns out I'm very very anemic. If you don't want to go to the M.D. maybe try a daily multivitamin?

Love,
Me.

*grins*

I have considered it. I think it really is my lessening of general activity and my depression. If it continues much longer I will go to a doctor but so far I'm not in any place which is out side the norms of the seasonal cycles my body takes.
