The house I love
is more than I thought but it also has more rooms inside than I thought.

Lots of rooms, but only about 100 more square feet than my house. That means lots of small rooms.
Not unusually expensive for that part of Seattle, which is why I couldn't afford a house on your part of Capitol Hill.

Payments never consider insurance, heating & cooling, water, sometimes they don't include taxes, etc...
