Yesterday was grymor's birthday.

I'm sorry I thought it was tomorrow. I seem to be like that with birthdays. I had the wrong day for Marci's as well. I think the only birthday's I'm certain of outside of family are Holly's and Kris' since they're so close to mine.

So. I'm a dork. Happy Birthday, Steve. I'm sorry my stupid voicemail didn't give me your message until I was walking down to the bus this morning.

It's ok, a coworker overheard me leaving it and dragged me down to coldstone. Be more sorry that you missed yummy ice cream.

It's not like there aren't a whole mess of birthdays around here this time, it can get confusing.

I'd have prodded people earlier, but on some level I didn't even remember what day it was, and I had so many things to do, the time just burned away on me.
