Howdy all.

We're preparing Christmas things here at work and it has me in a bit of a tizzy, to be honest. I have this desire to go out Christmas shopping. RIGHT NOW! (And yes... I already have the beginings of a list...)

I can't do that. I can, however, get addresses for Halloween and Christmas. So... Please... Step right up and enter your address for a Halloween invite and if I manage to do it this year, a Christmas card.

Yeah, there's some Christmas-oriented stuff going on here, too. It's bizarre to walk past the graphic designers' desks in August and see them photoshopping Christmas lights and all.

Blargh. I'm always so torn by Christmas. I love it for the spirit of the season. I love it for the message it is SUPPOSED to convey. I love Yule and the holiday it was. But I hate the capitalization and merchandising that is IN MY FACE from mid-september until January. Even though I'd never dream of not buying everyone I care for something or at least a card.
