*moop* I'm not reading because I don't want spoilers, but I just know it's going to be awful. Waugh. There will be no *point* in having Cool Rogue Hair if it's awful! Waugh!
Well, from what is said it looks like the Rogue storyline is the only good part of the whole thing.
There are people who die who shouldn't. The couple that gets together doesn't bother me as much because it could work... it just seems freaking pointless...
Looks like complete and utter BS. Too many names and cameos dropped and looks like it's rushing over several stories. I'd be surprised if this was real.
The best thing about X2 is that it took a lot of character dynamic stuff from X1 and DEVELOPED it--I mean sure, there was a lot of "Hey, let's throw some new cast in, that's fun", and a definite problem with throwaway villains (come ON, Deathstrike). But basically it continued the story in ways that made the characters deeper.
If that big fat spoiler is any indication, the depth goes right out the window for visual stunts. And I still think they should have cast ANGELA FUCKING BASSETT as Storm. Two movies to get it right and Halle Berry hasn't managed ONE properly Storm moment.

It's all about Batman Begins, dude.
