Car update

So, we jumped the car and it ran just fine except for an odd clicky noise that hadn't been there before. I drove it over to the garage where they're going to do a diagnotic on it in the morning and then call me and let me know what is wrong with it and what the damage is likely to be.

Wish me luck.

Apparently my sister is having car issues right now too. Apparently it is just our turn for these sorts of things.

Go figure.

Well, if you could jump start it but it's still clicking I wonder if it's simply the alternator.

I'm not really sure. The mechanic will tell me after they run their lovely diagnostic. I'm hoping it isn't much. I mean, there are probably several thousand things that should be fixed on the car. I just want it to run.

And if it isn't too much, I'll see about an oil change, too. Wheeeee.

There was a clicking noise when I was driving it, with the engine running that I'd never heard before. I hope it is something simple and inexpensive. I really, do.

this is the week of car angst... i know two people who got their cars stolen this week and another whose radio was taken. must be something in the air.
