Huh... Well, that was odd.

I had a dream last night. Actually.... I had a nightmare. And it was a nightmare I haven't had in years. And I had it over and over and over again. Each time I would wake up with this oddly detached sense of horror and I would go back to sleep and it would start over again.

It's an odd nightmare and I can't really descibe it well since there are always parts that fall out of my head when I'm not dreaming it. It involved a house, Aliens (as in from the movie) and weird Cthulu-like things... and they always know where I am, no matter what I do. Other than that, I can't remember what is happening or why it is happening. I just know that in the dream I know all of these things and there is a reason these things are happening...

*shrugs*

I'm tired but in a good mood, interestingly enough.

A friend of mine told me recently that when she has a nightmare, in order to break out of it when she wakes up/goes back to sleep, she changes her position in the bed entirely. I've tried it, and it works!
