If pain or fever does not respond to one capsule, two maybe used.

The Advil liqui-gels do work quickly. I'm not sure if my headache is just that bad or that these aren't that strong that they've taken the pain down to the point where I'm no longer queasy and I can work but there is still a spike in my head that someone hits now and again.

Hmmmmm. I'd think about it but I have too much stuff to do.

They calculate for an 'average' weight, which is why you may take more if one doesn't work.

Gah. I'm sorry there's a spike in your head (although I'd be less sorry if there was a Spike in your head). *hugs* :)

Mmmmmm. That would be odd if there was a Spike in my head. I'd have to try to get him out...

Thanks. It's... well, it went away for a bit but it is coming back.

Yeah, Advil is the only painkiller that actually does anything for me. I always have two with me in one of my pockets, having a bottle at home, and a bottle in my backpack. I rarely have to use it, but for when I have a really bad headache (which with Calgary's changing weather isn't wholly uncommon), it's a great thing to have around.

I seem to recall having the equivalent of 6 Advils per dosage when I had my wisdom teeth removed. The Tylenol #3s just didn't work.
