This is me... This is me not freaking out...

So... I really like my doctor. I need to remember this. It helps me deal with things. We deiced I ahve asthma that is worse when it is cold outside. (Duh.) I also got a referal for a massage therapist because that is the only way to deal with my back pain. Anyone have any suggestions for someone I should track down?

My doctor also recommended I have a glass of wine a day. Mmmmmm.

I, however, have to leave work early again today. I get to have minor surgery on my toe. Yeah ingrown toenail! It isn't that I'm worried they're going to cut off my foot or anything, I'm just not... Well, I don't know what happens and that kind of freaks me out. (There are few things that will stop me from freaking about this, by the way. Even telling me what happens will likely not stop it.)

So.... I'm leaving work early again to go to the doctor.

Whee.

Later today I hope to have some entertainment stuff for you people. I've been a bit slack on it. As a tidbit, though... Something I've been meanning to put up for a day or two...The Batman teaser poster. The real trailer will be soon, in front of Blade and Ocean's Twelve.

Massage Therapist

I see my massage therapist, Melissa, on a regular basis and I swear she's the best. Last Wednesday, she massaged me to napping :-)

She's at the Ballard Health Center at 206-783-0404. The address is 1138 NW Market Street.
