So... this morning it looks like Rossi will be our governor by 261 votes. They're doing a recount but I'm pretty sure there has yet to be a recount that has actually changed the outcome of an election. 261! That's enough to make me want to go out and kick things.

I have "Say a Little Prayer for You" stuck in my head. It's kind of fitting since there are so many people I know who need them right now. Hang on everyone.

The first weekend in December I want to do paint ceramics. There are a few people that I want to make gifts for if I can manage it and that is the first weekend I'll have the money to do it. So... if anyone else wants to come along, please let me know. This sort of thing is more fun with others.

I can't think of anything else I want to say right now, though I'm sure there is something I'm forgetting. I feel like that a lot recently.

It's coffee time.

That's why I say you're a sweetie. The governor thing isn't over yet, I'm sure. Sigh. 261 votes. :P

There hasn't been a statewide race this close. Th 2000 recount shifted the results by 276 votes. So it's certainly within the realm of possibility.

Huh.

Well, maybe this time next week we'll know who will be governor. Maybe.

Probably.

If it's still close, the loser can pay for a recount, but there's not much benefit in that.

Both candidates suck, so it doesn't really matter. To me that is.

I wasn't overly impressed with either of them but I did vote for Gregoire, so....
