I kept waiting for the punchline. Especially when it turned out Lil' Susy's friend was named Buffy. But then there wasn't one!

I love Chick tracts. They remind me that no matter how much my reality makes sense to me, there's another perfectly consistent way of looking at it that has me tortured for all eternity.

Heh. I just look at that and it makes my head spin. So much over simplification.

Isn't a lot of christianity based on pagan myths and holidays?

Frankly it just makes them look like a bunch of idiots to me.

actually back in the day the christians invited the pagans to party with them, sort of a get drunk and convert the heathens type of operation.

For the most part it worked, then these "mainstreamers" go out and forgot that at one time they actually had to "sell" their afterlife insurance.

Meh

What? You have an issue with the idea that you will be tortured for all eternity unless you say (and believe) a magic sentence? You think an omnipotent being that created a system like that shouldn't be praised for it? Better keep marshmallows with you then ;)

Well, yeah. I've been needing marshmallows for a long time. I don't see that changing any time soon.

I love Chick tracts. He's so far out the window it reaches well into the amusing territory. Even better are the old comic books he drew, if you can find them.

LOL

Some people get it,

Jack Chick is a parasite who preys on the gullible and the weak-minded.

End of story.
