This morning... And car things.
Sep. 23rd, 2004 08:51 amFor those of you asking, no, I haven't heard anything back from HR yet about the job. If I don't hear anything back today, I'll call people up and ask, since it has been a week.
This morning I have music from My Fair Lady in my head. I was even singing this morning. So strange. I need to get that on DVD. I so didn't want to come into work this morning. My head hurts and I feel as thought I might be coming down with something as my allergy medications are only alleviating so much of the clogged up and drowsy feeling I'm having.
I really don't want a cold right now.
Holly left me a sock in the car. So kind of her. The car is lovely. I need to figure out how to adjust the placement of the steering wheel, if possible. I can handle it where it is but it is a little low for my preferences. The accelerator is really sensative, too. It is a car that is difficult to hold on one speed since a lot of pressure on the pedal means that you're accelerating. When you're at 60, accelartaing to 70 is startlingly easy. So easy you can do it without having intended to do so. That will take awhile to get used to, most certainly.
As will this new entry format.
So much to do. Blarg.

Date: 2004-09-23 09:06 am (UTC)Luckily for me I wasn't overly used to the old input format here, so dealing with the new one isn't really a change.
