I didn't get as much sleep as I would have liked but.... Bleh. Not much to be done about it, really. There is no way I would have traded sleep for the company I was able to enjoy last night. It was much goodness. I wish I could have stayed later but I really, really had to sleep. This morning is a little fuzzy anyway. I'm trying to combat that.

Food is good. Money is good. Books? Really good. I'd forgotten how much I love the Sci-Fi Book club. Hardback books for half the price. I got my first group in and I just placed another order. There are so many books I was waiting on and now they're just ordered.

So nice.

Anyway. Work time.

If I had a nickel for every groggy day at work that I've said that....

I think that the fact that we deprive ourselves of sleep, knowing full well the consequences of our actions, speaks volumes about the company we keep.

One would hope so at the very least.

Went out to the Merc and found a lot of people there I wasn't expecting to find.
