Feb. 5th, 2002 09:04 amWell... I went home and drugged myself pretty well.
Still don't feel that great. In fact, my sinuses feel about as they did yesterday. I hope this isn't something icky nasty. There is enough of it going around, but I just feel all stuffy and headachey. Nothing astoundingly horrible yet.
Kind of tired. The fleeting wisps of a dream are sticking to the corners.
Mmmm. Good thoughts.

Date: 2002-02-05 09:41 am (UTC)When I'm all stuffed up and feeling ucky ( I used to have MAJOR upper respiratory issues) Ive noticed that putting rosemary leaves in a bowl of hot water, and setting a towel over my head and leaning over the bowl for, I dunno, ten minutes (or till the water stops steaming) helps a lot. It clears you up, and feels really good. And, it makes your skin tingle. :)
I used to do that once or twice a day. It helps a lot. At least to clear the uckies away. Relieves pressure, too.
Unless, of course, you are allergic to rosemary. But if you aren't, give it a try.
And feel better!
