Today is going to be lots of dealing with Excel. Yeasterday was timing people as they did tasks. Today is putting those times into a spreadhseet and hoping I can do something with it.

Going to see Napoleon Dynamite tonight with Cody and potentially others. We'll be at the 7:20 showing at the Metro. I'm planning on eating at Stella's before hand. MMmmmm. Maybe a glass of wine.

Since I've come to realize what was dragging me down, I feel a lot better. I was reading the horroscope for me in the Seattle Weekly this morning and laughsed since it told me what I'd just figured out. “I dream,” says my Pisces boyfriend wistfully, “of traveling to exotic places. And then I imagine myself lying down.” Enduring long and arduous journeys just to relax and be contemplative seems strange to some of the other signs, who feel compelled to justify their trips with sights seen, foods eaten, and photos taken. But to some of you Pisceans, it just sounds nice. Unfortunately, you all too often take on the shit that other signs force upon you, like this idea about how things are done when on vacation. That’s bullshit; those idiots are just nowhere near as evolved as you. A vacation is a vacation. Do what pleases you, and fuck what the rest of us think.

There isn't /much/ at Stella's I can fit into my diet but there is some. They have a very nice steak there. At least they did last time I was there. I just have to stay away from the evil bread basket.

Now if only most people could take vacations and actually relax. Alas, this society has developed a bunch of worriers. I blame the watch, myself, because whenever I catch myself stressing about something, it's because I have to get something done in time. Time is one of our worst enemies.
