My head hurts. And strangely enough I was thinking just today that I should probably carry that migraine medication around with me in case I need to go in and take it so they can watch me.

Sometimes.... Yeah.

Well, I only have a few hours left here and then comics and then home... I can make it.

I can tell this will be interesting because I'm starting to have trouble recalling words. That's always a sign.

It might be. It normally isn't but allergies that give me migraines. It could be compounding the situation, though.

I hate the confusion side effect of migraines. Makes me feel special in a short-bus kinda way.

Do you have other health problems besides the migraines? Since discovering my IBS was due to food allergies and that it took 5 doctors and 4 years from someone to even suspect allergies, I'm a big fan of checking for them.

Re-reading that reply I made makes me feel all sorts of special. *sighs*

I have astham and allergies. I know what triggers my migraines (at least almost all of them). I get mirgraines when I relax after a long period of stress. My father is the same way. I get normally get warning signs - they were all there, they were just very mild this time around.

In that case, you may want to go to an endocrinologist. Sounds like something's up with how your adrenals work and/or how your body reacts to cortisol depletion.

You may also want to try acupuncture, specifically one I know in the U District who also does chiropractic and holistic medicine. She was great at helping me get through stress with fewer reprocussions.
