Cartoon Network announced Friday morning that it will be airing the Justice League: Starcrossed movie earlier than expected.

The network has revised its May schedule and will air the three-part episode on Saturday, May 29 at 7:30 p.m.

Is that supposed to be the one where they introduce Hawkman?

I hope. While I like Hawkgirl and John Stewart as characters, I don't think they really need that whole thing going on. Hawkman's cooler.

Well, it will be Hawkman... but not really. They're calling him something else (an anagram of his real name, I beleive) and he isn't really going to be Hawkman per se but the point will be gotten, certainly.

That's stupid. What the hell is the matter with these people? They can't even do the JSA, they had to make up a pale shadow of it calling it the Justice Guild in one episode and then destroying it, and they consistently screw up the Flash. I'm not even talking about his origin being basically undone, but the fact that he almost always forgets he has superspeed.

Now they're going to screw up Hawkman. Stupid.

See, I didn't even really see it as the JSA when I saw it. I can certainly see where it is now, looking back but I didn't see it that way then.

As for the Flash, well, that happens in comics all the time, people forgetting they have powers that could be used to solve problems easily.

I'll see how things go. I like the show.

It's not that he forgets he has superspeed; he always runs fast. He just forgets he has superspeed that outdoes whatever he's trying to catch. :P
