Latino Review says that they are going with "Barbershop" director Tim Story for Fantastic Four. Casting rumors are starting to fly but I'll let you know if anything serious comes through.

Lucasfilm has announced that Star Wars: Episode III will be released to theaters in the United States and Canada, with a near-simultaneous release around the world, on Thursday, May 19, 2005.

Oh and were you wondering what was on that fourth dic for the DVD set? I know I was. Wonder no more.

The Toronto Sun talked with Michael Madsen (Kill Bill: Vol. 2), who is a good friend of Pierce Brosnan, about the next James Bond film. He says Pierce is done and that they have an Australian in mind to take over. (Gee. Who's Aussie and really hot right now? That's a hard one to figure.)

Check it out. Christian Bale as Bruce Wayne.

Damn it. Someone is actually making a D&D movie sequel. *sigh* I'll put that over with the Supergirl movie news. When I hear more I'll actually buy that it will happen.

The SciFi Channel announced noon Monday that it would air the four-hour Farscape miniseries, “Peacekeeper War,” at year’s end.

For the Batman movie David Goyer went through the DC comics archives to get a better feel of things and hung out in chatrooms to see what people wanted. He wanted the movie to have a classic gritty feel to it.

Paul Dini said he is contributing an episode of Cartoon Network's Justice League Unlimited feature Zatanna. Apparently one of the more humorous upcoming episodes will spotlight Booster Gold. And apparently The Shining Knight will be around too.

The D&D Movie was planned as the first of a trilogy.

Unfortunately, it had such a low budget that it just needed a decent opening night (and some time overseas) to turn enough profit to make a sequel worthwhile.

The sequel has been underway for ... well, a while.

Well, yes but this is the first time I've actually heard of any real movement on the next one. As in they have a director and are potentially looking to start casting. Bleh.

I thought Joel Schumaker was our closing arguement.

There is no closing argument. It's simply a running tally. Another D&D movie: Kill 'em. Lost in Translation: Not so fast...

Y'know, Bale's just not doing anything for me. I guess I'll have to wait and see. :)

Those pics don't get it for me but we'll see. I have a good feeling about this. Nothing has made me waver on it yet.
