I have a feeling this will become the norm for me. I am so, so glad that I already had vacation approved before this started.

Well, to put it in a way I can without breaking seven kinds of secrecy, our department is reorganizing. How it is reorganizing seems to change by the hour because of high ranking people deciding they need some things done a certain way.

That sounds all too famiiar. Like, that's what happens to me at work al the time.

I normally get caught in the middle and it's xpected that I adpapt my whole life to fit whatever they need, on a whim.

It sucks being the dependable employee.

The thing is, for the most part, these things do need to be done this way. It's just a little crazy. And the thing is, when I get used to this 'little crazy' another layer will get added.
