This is a really great thing to do, and I know that you need to draw the line somewhere, but the majority of working stiffs and middle class who make just over that 40K mark will have no reprieve. The E.U. has a college and higher learning based on academic merit, not one's salary. I like that idea. ;)

Well, it is a place to start. And starting with Harvard is probably an excellent place to begin.

I agree. It is a better system. We're too motivated by money.
