Because he's doing Justice League and a few animated feature movies.

And mainly because they're doing a younger Batman and he sounds nothing like a young Batman.

He sounded alright as a young Batman in Mask of the Phantasm. He might still be able to do that kind of voice.

Still, it'll be interesting to see someone else try it. Who knows?
