Ouch....

I am sore. In a good way. In a proper workout sort of way... but I am indeed sore. I found the zone where I could do ellipticals forever and not notice last night. I don't know how to get there but I like it when I do. 45 minutes passes pretty quickly. I wish it was as easy to push my legs as it is my arms. I can find plenty of exercises that are challenging for my arms. For my legs it always seems that it is either too easy or impossible. There must be more in the middle.

Getting out of bed this morning was a problem. Normally I just don't want to get out bed. This morning it was also /cold/. So, extra reasons for not wantint to get out of bed.

This weekend consists of birthday parties and hopefully me getting to the bank and the comic shop. Oh. And sleep. Definately sleep.

I cannot figure out the elliptical machine. It's just too damn weird for me. I'm sticking with the treadmill, stairs, and weight machines. ;)

The treadmill is far too impact heavy on my knees and especially my ankles. I've done some serious damage to my ankles from doing stupid, stupid things in high school. The less impact on them and the less clicking they do, the happier I am.

Weight machines are good. I like weight machines. Like I said, I just need to find the right ones at the right weights for my legs. Everything is either too little or too much. Maybe I'll just do more of too little.
