And yes, while there is snow, it was already melting by the time I left for work this morning. It will all be melted by noonish today. Alas.

Of course, we'er supposed to get more. According to the weather man we're going to go through this snowing/melting thing through the weekend at least.

Ah well.

If people cannot make it tonight due to snow, I will completely understand.

My arms are sore, I am tired.... I'm going to call it a half day, go home, take a nap and then go buy supplies for this evening.

Just as long as I can make it home tomorrow...

I don't think a little snow will stop you.

I've flown through thunder snowstorms. A little snow shouldn't stop anyone. A lot of snow, sure..

well yeah it shouldn't but it does.

I'm definitely ready for some good ol' Seattle Thai food after a few days of scrounging to find vegetarian stuff in Miami

Mmmmmm. Thai.

We've got a great Thai place near our house.

No you don't. Not by David's standards, anyway. That menu had nothing vegetarian listed, not even tofu as an option in the phad thai. Not really authentic for food from a Buddhist country, either.

*sighs softly*

That is true, I must admit. I'm judging great by taste.

I'm in awe of veggie people in some strange way. It is just a choice that I couldn't make unless for some bizarre medical reason I wasn't allowed to eat meat anymore.

Ehn. I don't find it that hard most of the time anymore as far as cravings go. Options, on the other hand, remain a pain in the ass.

Of course, you see, I have a few days every month where I crave red meat, chocolate and caffine. It helps with the hormones. In a way I see it as an almost even trade off for the few days of pain after the days of cravings.

There are female vegetarians out there. And sources of iron other than cows.

I can totally relate to the caffeine part, though.

I am aware of that but that is one of the ways I cope. It has become an indicator for me as well. I start having the cravings and I know to watch out for psycho mood swings. *shrugs* I like building in indicators and mechanisms into just about everything I can manage.
