Now that I've done this a few times, it's gotten easier.

I created gate_keepers. If there was anyone who should have gotten an e-mail invite and didn't, let me know and I'll make sure to add you to the list.

I'm getting so much stuff done today - work and otherwise. I have no idea why I'm so freaking hyper.
