litheraThe Force.net: The upcoming releases bulletin from FOX lists Star Wars: A New Hope, The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi as being released by 20th Century Fox on November 4th, 2004. One other note, prices won't be known for sure until approximately 3 months before release. And as of today they're listed as separate releases; there's no Star Wars trilogy box set listed though it will be released, presumably.
Now that Dreamworks and Disney have all but killed off American 2D animation is there any hope for it left? Well, yes, actually. From aintitcool: "The word is that PIXAR is starting their own 2D Animation Division. A company that will use the PIXAR brand... that name which stands for supreme excellence, innovation and soul in animation today... and putting it behind the form that everyone there loves. 2D Animation." I hope so. Go Pixar!

There are pictures up for lots and lots of different films right now. The sets for the Phantom movie look good, for all that they aren't done yet.
There is an interesting interview with Keanu about Constantine. From the sounds of it as much as they're trying to make a PG-13 movie, I don't know if it'll make that or not.
The VanHelsing press machine is starting to kick into 1st gear - people are talking about it now. Sounds like a different take on the character somewhat but it still looks to be a good time.
Production starts on King Kong next month.
I've seen the rundown on the episodes of Teen Titans coming out in January. Looks to be good, good stuff.
I'm seeing Big Fish tonight. I'll let you all know how it is tomorrow.
