Go, go movies and stuff!
Oct. 28th, 2003 10:05 amReturn of the King clocks in at 3 hours and 30 minutes. There are new wallpapers of the Witch King and Shelob at the official site.
The official word on Indy 4 from Lucasfilm is: "Currently, work is continuing on a final version of the screenplay for Indiana Jones 4, and and once all parties have signed off on the script and schedules permit, shooting will begin. Steven Spielberg, Harrison Ford and George Lucas are all returning for this fourth Indiana Jones adventure. At this time, we have no details about the plot or other actors."
The word on the street is that Darren Aronofsky is set to direct a film adaptation of the spectacular Kurt Vonnegut, Jr. novel "Cat's Cradle." The screenplay will be adapted by Richard Kelly. It's being produced by Leo DiCaprio's production company - it's rumored he'll star, too. This could be very good.
Universal has hired Spike Jonze to direct the Playtone-produced (Tom Hanks company) adaptation of Where the Wild Things Are.
Wow. Brad Pitt. I cannot wait to see the trailer for this in front of The Matrix Revolutions.
There is talk of a Halloween/Hellraiser crossover. Wheeee?
