To commemorate its 20th anniversary and celebrate its achievements in the cinema industry, THX Ltd. announced today that it is launching a new theatrical trailer in THX Certified Cinemas worldwide. -- Working with THX, the team conceptualized the visuals and selected the seventeen clips for the trailer from thousands of potential sound clips. The result is a treat for the senses. The heart-pumping montage of sound clips, drawn from some truly great moments in filmmaking, peaks with the THX "Deep Note."

"Lord of the Rings" star Karl Urban, who plays Eomer, is in talks to play Matt Damon's nemesis in Universal Pictures' The Bourne Supremacy.

There is a trailer up for Tim Burton's Big Fish. I will go see that.

Fans will get their first official look at the upcoming 2004 Warner Brothers/ Village Roadshow film, CATWOMAN! This December, the films teaser trailer debuts. It will appear on select copies of New Line Cinema's LORD OF THE RINGS: THE RETURN OF THE KING, which gets a December 17th release. .... Wheee?

Lots of interesting Bond rumors. Is Brosnan stepping down? Is Clive Owen the next Bond? It's kind of interesting.

Of course, the most widely recognized one still kicks ass - especiall with the right sound system.

They just need to put the Simpsons one out on a DVD somewhere.
