I just saw the most gorgeous hawk fly up and perch on the far corner of US1. It was being mobed by four or five crows. It didn't seem to mind too much as it perched there. The crows flew to the corner of a near by building and watched it for a few moments and then took turns taking strafing runs at it. The hawk sat there and looked at them.

Then, after about a minute or two of this, it flew away, crows following in its wake.

North Cascadia has the world's highest concentration of crows and ravens except ffor one month. A town near Boston has higher concentrations due to migrations. North Cascadia id home to its own species of crow inaddition to the common crow; The Pacific Northwest Crow.

Good deal

There are no crows or ravens in Korea. There are magpies though but it is not the same thing. I really miss my crows and ravens.
