litheraThe short-lived TV series Firefly is moving to the big screen. Creator Joss Whedon has teamed with Universal Pictures to turn the series into a feature film. Plans are to see Firefly go into production in first-quarter 2004.
Buena Vista Home Entertainment has announced that summer blockbuster Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl will be available in a 2-disc DVD set ($29.99 SRP) and on VHS ($24.99 SRP) on December 2, just in time for Christmas. Lots of good stuff on it.
