Wheeee! Stuff! And ... things!
Jul. 18th, 2003 07:24 amNumber 1 - Everyone go here and watch this. Mmmmm. So pretty. And well timed. Filmed about two years ago, coming out this October. Great timing for a movie with Johnny Depp in it.
From: Los Angeles Times: In an unusual marketing move to pump up the buzz surrounding its horror hit "28 Days Later," Fox Searchlight will attach the film's original, rather downbeat ending to all 1,400 prints now playing in theaters.
From The Hollywood Reporter: Reclusive filmmaker Terrence Malick may be starting to pick up the pace. Although 20 years passed between his 1978 film "Days of Heaven" and 1998's "The Thin Red Line," he's already contemplating another stint in the director's chair. The helmer is attached to direct Benicio Del Toro in "Che," an epic about the life and death of Cuban revolutionary Che Guevara.
Hidalgo has been pushed back to after Return of the King - so Spring of next year.
A Tomb Raider 2 review - a little spoilery.
The Loony Toons movie sounds terrifyingly bad. I really hope it isn't but... Yeesh.
Dark Horizons says - "Bryan Singer indicated he had just last week completed his treatment of X3. He also says that he hopes to get a feature film directed before starting in on X3, so that seems like we can expect him to direct this 3rd film." Woooo!
Ooooooh. Toby Maguire.
Wendy Pini said she is working on a new 92-page Elfquest graphic novel, The Searcher and the Sword, that will be released early next year.
I need to pick this up - WOLVERINE #6 - "So, this priest walks into a bar…" A self-contained issue featuring Nightcrawler.
Ha ha ha ha! This cover is great! You notice the background?
