Announcement itself isn't until almost 9.

The choices are Vancouver, Salzburg and PeyongChang. Apparently PeyongChang is really unlikely. And Salzburg is hurt by the fact that Torino in Italy has the Winter Games in 2006 and Athens has the Summer games next, so that would be very Europe-sentric, which they try to avoid.

Nope. I was watching the TSN broadcast. There is something at GM place that they're covering but the voting starts at like 8:30 and the announcement is at 8:50 or so.
