Movie things...
Jun. 6th, 2003 08:50 amTwo Pirates of the Carribean reviews. It will be a good time. And Harry answers a question about X2 at the end of the second one. I hadn't thought about that - makes sense. Jean leaves the plane and couldn't do it from inside the plane because her powers had been short circuiting electronics and she was messing up the plane.
More Troy pictures! I so have to see this movie. Even if they do chop the story up into little peices. I will try not to do a lot of yelling about it during or after the film.
Marci? You know the young man in your Horatio Hornblower that you've been happy with? Guess what? Disney just signed him to play Lancelot in their King Arthur picture. He joins Clive Owen and Keira Knightley.
I'm hearing some facinsating things about 1602. I have an interesting thought and if it is where it goes, I will be very, very happy.
The hype machine for Matrix Revolutions is starting. The trailer looks pretty keen. Okay, okay. The link I have is here.
Wow. Lucy Liu warns about the violence in Kill Bill. Apparently there is so much that it begins to move past digusting and shocking into comedic because you're just at that level.
According to Producer Avi Arad at the Hulk junket, "Elektra will start to shoot in April". Looks like they're pretty confident about the script.
MTV's Spider-Man Premiering July 11 - more things to set into the Tivo.
USA Today has a great article on stuntmen, and deep down there's some talk with Thomas Jane about The Punisher: "That same focus on keeping it real is why Thomas Jane is training now with four Navy SEALs for next year's The Punisher. Every day he goes to Huntington Beach to learn basic weapons training."
