litheraHere is an interesting discussion on Star Wars and Episode III. There are things that might be spoilers but no one knows what really is and isn't going on yet, so who knows.
The big movie of the weekend was Bruce Almighty taking in $80 million or so. The Matrix Reloaded had a 60% fall off in box office take. To put that in a bit og perspective Phantom Menace had a 40% fall of and Spider-Man had a 34% fall off over the same time period.
Casting is getting started for Mad Max: Fury Road.
Newsweek also confirmed that "Eisner wants to extend the lives of Disney's older characters by reanimating some classics for a new look. Imagine a 3-D Peter Pan soaring over a digitized London." - Why does that make me sad, even if it might be cool?
New Line Cinema has confirmed that the Embassy Theatre in Wellington, New Zealand, will host the world premiere of The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King on December 1.
Cho Chang joins Oliver Wood on the list of Quidditch no-shows for Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. The character from the third book, which Harry gets a crush on, won't be appearing in the film version. Now fans will have to wait until the "Goblet of Fire" adaptation hits the screen for their first glimpse of the girl.
Wow. Huge Spider-Man 2 spoilers that I ran across. Huge. Just... Wow. I didn't think they'd go that direction. Though thinking about it, it does make some sense. Write me an e-mail if you want to know. This is something big enough that if you're not a spoiler person, it might ruin the movie for you.

New Justice League starts on July 5th. I'm looking forward to these: "Knight of Shadows, Pt. 1" on Monday, July 14; "Knight of Shadows, Pt. 2" on Tuesday, July 15. Here is Cartoon Network's schedule for Justice League, X-men Evolutiuon and a few other things. The Teen Titans animated series will launch on Saturday, July 19 on Cartoon Network with an episode titled "Final Exam."
