TV Guide has some interesting Buffy stuff up.

Arnold Schwarzenegger says he's up for T4. Wheeeee. I want to see the third one first and see if it is any good at all.

Studio estimates say that Warner Bros.' R-rated The Matrix Reloaded exploded onto the scene last Wednesday night and took in another $93.3 million from Friday to Sunday to make it a total of $135.8 million for the four days. With Wednesday night previews included, "Reloaded" ($42.5 million) beat the opening day record set by Sony's Spider-Man ($39.4 million) last May. Spider-Man still holds the record for best day in box office history, earning $43.6 million on its second day (a Saturday).

Entertainment Weekly talked to Michael Rosenbaum, aka Lex Luthor, about tomorrow's Smallville season finale:
So what can you reveal about the finale?
Everything's coming out now. There's twists that I don't even get -- like, 10 twists per show. We're finding out more about Clark, [father] Lionel took the company from Lex -- s---'s coming down. The finale is huge. It's the unexpected, I mean, REALLY the unexpected. When I read the script, I was like, ''WHAT?'' I kept going to the writers, ''Well, what happened?'' I can't tell you too much, but when you talk about cliffhangers, let's just say the cliff is very high. It looks like time is going to elapse [between seasons]. There are big changes.

Chris Nolan has come out and said that Batman /will/ be his /next/ movie project. So, we can start looking for details about that soon.

According to Variety, Miramax is laying the financial groundwork for a significant increase in the production of tentpole pictures. Films identified as looking for studio or equity partners include "The Green Hornet," the tale of the iconic crimefighter for which scribe Scott Smith has recently been hired; the adaptation of George Selden's classic kids yarn "The Cricket in Times Square"; "Artemis Fowl," the adaptation of Eoin Colfer's book being produced by Tribeca Films' Jane Rosenthal and Robert De Niro; and the "Bartimaeus" children's fantasy trilogy, which was picked up in a $3 million publishing and film rights deal. (To me Jet Li screams Kato.)

This year’s E3 game developers conference in Los Angeles featured the unexpected appearance of a figure very familiar to fans of dark fantasy: Jack Skellington, the lanky hero of the 1993 stop-motion musical, TIM BURTON’S NIGHTMARE BEFORE CHRISTMAS. Picunko told us that the game will not be based directly on the story of the film, but will be an original story set in the NIGHTMARE universe. He said that it will be an adventure game, but will not be violent. Picunko compared it to KINGDOM HEARTS, a game that he said was “appropriate for kids, but a 17-year-old also wouldn’t be embarrassed to take it home from the store.” Look for a fall 2004 release, just in time for Halloween.

World of Tomorrow looks really cool.
